*Pork Chops & Scalloped Potatoes Casserole*



Pork chops and mashed potatoes are cooked in the same pot for richer flavor and less food!When MauMau started making this delicious dinner, they must have been right!

* ingredients :

° 6 pieces of boneless pork
° 2 small to medium onions, chopped
° 2 tablespoons butter
° 4 cups thinly sliced ​​potatoes (mandolin recommended)
° 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
° 1 1/4 cup milk

** Directions

Preheat oven 350 degres F 
Butter or sprinkle a 2-quart (11 by 7-inch) baking dish
Heat  skillet on high heat.
Dissolve 1 tsp butter  skillet
brown pork chops on both sides; Then remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet and add the chopped onion.
Cook onions until soft.
In the same bowl of onions, add the condensed soup and gradually stir in the milk so it doesn't clump. Sit aside.
Cut the potatoes into slices and place them in an even layer on the prepared baking dish.
Lay Pork chops on top of potatoes
Cast soup mix on pork chops. Wiggle the pan slightly so that the sauce is distributed throughout the pan.
Covering  & baking at 350 degres F  for 30 min .
Remove the lid and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.
For the slow cooker
Follow the recipe to fry the onions and make the soup sauce
Place the potato slices in the buttered slow cooker
Place the pig on top of the potatoes.
Pour soup mixture to  slices
Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on low 5-7 hours
